Palestinians and Peace

by Eric on September 7, 2010

An interesting poll was released this week that shows the true desires of Palestinians.  Not surprising, more want to “resist occupation” with violence than peace.  Even less surprising than that, they don’t want a two state solution, they want the whole thing.

    Egypt declared war against Israel:

Last week the Egyptian Gov. issued a statement that it , and the Arab world, will never accept Israel as the Jewish State.

Recall that in 1948 , Egypt and six other Arab countries attacked Israel. The Arabs
simply did not accept the creation of the Jewish state.

Egypt’s declaration last week, puts an end to the 1979 Egypt–Israel Peace Treaty.

That is a startling development. It is scary to see our borders become more and more hostile over time.
