Gamla Shall Never Fall Again

by Eric on January 22, 2008

Gamla is a mountain top in the Golan Heights that has a sad, yet proud, history. Gamla has a similar story to Massada, a famous site where a mass Jewish suicide took place to prevent capture by the Roman army, though no suicide took place at Gamla. Here, the Jews fought the Roman army to the death.

Gamla is now again under Jewish control, and will, B”H, remain so forever. An organization has emerged supporting this memory, and support for Jewish settlers around Israel.

Please visit Gamla’s website and support their cause. Education on the issues is paramount, as the history of this region is riddled with mis-information.
