International news sources, namely British news sources like BBC and The Guardian, constantly write about how bad Israel is to the Palestinians. We still read about “the siege” on Gaza that leaves people starving and without basic needs fulfilled.
While Elder of Ziyon writes about this weekly, it seems that others have taken notice as well. A recent article by the National Post in Canada discussed the chronic BBC bias against Israel and the lovely new Olympic size swimming pool and one of the many luxury restaurants in the Gaza Strip.
It is difficult for Israel to win in the PR battle. Unfortunately, Israel’s detractors are well organized and don’t mind telling lies and half truths to keep their readers and viewers full of reasons to hate the Jewish state.
Just remember to keep questioning the news you read every day. And if you are sick and tired of reading about how bad Israel is, take a few minutes to read Israel21C, a site about Israel’s advancements in the 21st century.
