Bibi: Human Rights Watch Has Lost Its Moral Compass

by Eric on July 15, 2009

Human Rights Watch sounds good on the surface They look like an organization that wants to help people around the world rise to a better standard of living. That is simply not the case. Human Rights Watch, like Amnesty International, has an agenda. While human rights are on it, in the Middle East Israel bashing seems like priority one.

Just two weeks after releasing harsh reports against Operation Cast Lead in Gaza, the “human rights group” is in Saudi Arabia raising funds on an anti-Israel (aka anti-Semitic) agenda.

The Prime Minister’s Office said it best: “A human rights organization raising money in Saudi Arabia is like a women’s rights group asking the Taliban for a donation,” Prime Minister Netanyahu’s spokesman Mark Regev said Monday. “If you can fundraise in Saudi Arabia, why not move on to Somalia, Libya and North Korea?” (JPost)
