If I Ever Go To Iran, I Will Probably Be Executed

by Eric on April 7, 2009

Freedom of speech is a Western ideal, not Iranian. Iran is going so far as to hunt down bloggers that say bad things about Iran. I probably have a fatwa on me or something.

The Blog Herald, a blog about blogging that I read, just wrote this lovely piece about Iran. It ends with a story that I had heard, but I have not passed on to you.

Not too long ago, Iranian blogger Omid Reza Mir Sayafi died in prison,
which makes this even more serious for people in Iran who doesn’t agree with the
government.

Read the whole story at The Blog Herald.
