Islamists Win: Sharia Law in Somalia

The Muslim conquest has taken hold in a new country. After decades of fighting, the government of Somalia has taken a step toward Sharia law. Prime Minister Umar Abdi Rashid Ali Sharamke hopes the move will appease a violent radical Muslim population in the impoverished African nation.

Thousands of innocent Somalis have been killed in the crossfire and tens of thousands have fled due to the ongoing violence between the Muslim militias and the national government. This is proof that Islamic violence is working in parts of the world. I am sure we will see this trend continue in Africa over the upcoming decades. I hope this does not happen to Europe in my lifetime.
