I am kind of in shock. Little did I know “Eric’s Political and Economic Insights” would turn into theisraelsituation.blogspot.com and later TheIsraelSituation.com. But it did.
Little did I know that in a little over one year of blogging, 50,000 unique visitors would have come to this website, but they did.
Little did I know that a great group of authors, including guest posters, former blogger Joe, and current teammates Anthony and Rachel would want to put their efforts into this blog, but they did.
Thanks to everyone for helping achieve this milestone. Without all of the great readers and commenters, this would not have been worth it and would have died long ago. Thanks to the great bloggers who have helped make the site great. Thanks to the other Israel and Jewish bloggers for visiting and linking. Thanks to everyone.
Some great highlights of this blog have been the series Prime Ministers in History and City Focus Israel. Be sure to check out popular past posts on Iran Missile Launches, Aqsa Tube, and the Knesset.
Be on the lookout for some big changes to the site. We will keep the same great content coming directly to your browser (or inbox), but it will look a lot prettier.
Thanks for all of your support! I look forward to post 1,001 and beyond. Stay in touch, keep up the great comments, and come back often.
