Something New: Homework

by Eric on February 27, 2009

If you saw the movie Fight Club, you remember the part where Tyler Durden gave everyone a homework assignment. These assignments were designed to disrupt society in ways that helped people find the best in themselves.

My homework assignments have a similar goal. Do something out of the ordinary to help Israel. We will start small and grow as time goes on. Lets see how it works.

Please respond in the comments with how it went. Also, this will only really work if people really try it out and write about it in the comments. So, assignment one.

Discuss the nuclear threat of Iran to Israel with a friend. You do not have to go out and meet someone new, but find a friend who is not well informed on the progress of the issue. Here is some ammunition for your discussion.

Iran has enough enriched uranium for a nuclear bomb.
Iran is an existential threat to Israel.
Iran launched a satellite into space. That is enough rocket power to hit Israel or Europe.
The nuclear power plant will open this year. Nuclear grade plutonium is a byproduct of nuclear power.
Iran claims to have the military capability of flying bombs to Israel.
Oh yeah, Iran’s President Ahmadinejad and spiritual leader Ayatollah Ali Khameni both want to destroy Israel.
