Ship Denied Access to Gaza

Israel turned back a Libyan ship with aid supplies headed to Gaza after warnings that no ships would be allowed to pass.

The ship was sent to aid Gaza residents who are dealing with shortages from a blockade on the boarder imposed by Israel after relentless rocket attacks.

Israel had let several ships through recently, but turned this large cargo ship back. Reports say that the ship was several miles from the Gaza coast when approached by Israeli navy ships. The cargo ship was ordered by radio to turn back and complied without violence or protest.

I feel bad for the innocent Gaza residents, but we must remember that they voted for Hamas. The Hamas leaders are not putting a clamp on their own people by allowing rocket attacks to continue.
