Judea Declared Military Zone

Judea is now under military rule, the equivalent of martial law in the United States, as tensions between Settlers and Palestinians have erupted into violence.

The main issue at hand is the removal of Jewish residents in certain areas of Hebron. In protest of a future removal from the disputed house, Settlers have started fires targeting Palestinians. Several parties on both sides have been injured as the IDF tries to tame the situation.

Hebron is a historic Jewish city that was taken by the Palestinians violently in 1929 murdering dozens of Jews. Only a small Jewish population remains in the city today, mostly in the Kiryat Arba area.
