Iranian Students Sign Up to Fight Israel

Iranian university students in Tehran have started to sign up for an unofficial list of volunteers to fight Israel.

The list has amassed hundreds of names so far and the students are planning a parade. This is proof that it is not just the government of Iran that wants to kill the Jews, it spreads out into the educated public.

The group goes by the name of Bassij Militia. Many high ranking Iranian political and military leaders gathered to speak to the students at an anti-Israel rally in Tehran. The rally was specifically in opposition of Israel’s recent military operations in Gaza.

No Iranians have publicly spoken out against Hamas rocket attacks though.
