A Deep Look At Israeli "Occupation"

The word occupation is often thrown around in the Middle East. Specifically, people call Israel an occupying force in the West Bank and Gaza. However, in order for a territory to be occupied, it had to have been a state at some point.

The West Bank, by that regard, was “occupied Jordan” for a while, but Jordan said they don’t want it anymore. Gaza was never really part of Egypt, who also does not want the territory.
