Israeli Hospital Takes Iranian Patient

by Eric on October 11, 2008

Israel’s Sheba Medical Center is treating a 12 year old Iranian boy for cancer. His treatments in Iran and Turkey failed, so the boy and his parents traveled to Israel for expert medical treatment. The family was issued a special medical visa to enter the country.

Israel often treats nationals of hostile countries as a humanitarian effort. Israeli medical specialists are some of the best in the world in many fields. Organizations like Save a Child’s Heart do this every day.
