Israel Exercises Prepare for Iran Attack?

Israel flew 100 military aircraft over the Eastern Mediterranean this week. Exercises included mid-air re-fueling. Some military analysts suspect that the only place Israel would need to use this sort of maneuver is on the way to or from Iran.

Israel may be forced into an attack on Iran, similar to attacks on Iraq in the early 1980s and Syria last year. Iran, currently refining nuclear fuel, claims that all nuclear goals are related to producing domestic power. However, as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad constantly preaches the destruction of Israel, the Jewish state may have no choice but to protect itself. The last time a nation's leader said he would kill all of the Jews, no one payed any attention and he was dismissed as a lunatic. 6 million paid the price.


Diplomatic options are failing in Iran, and unless the world intervenes immediately, Iran will have nuclear weapons. As a state that supports terrorism against Israel (and the West), Israelis would have no choice but to put the enemy nuclear program to an end.
