Asked on the day of the Pennsylvania primary what she would do if Iran made a
nuclear attack on Israel, she replied: “If I’m the president, we will attack
Iran . . . we would be able to totally obliterate them.”
This is a bold statement. Hillary Clinton would totally obliterate Iran if they fire a nuclear weapon at Israel. It is too bad that the attack would happen first, but it is good to know that one of three United States presidential candidates will lay it all on the line for Israel.
What is also good to hear is the underlying support for Israel in the threat of Iranian nuclear weapons. I have said it many times, as have many others around the world, Iran cannot be allowed to have nuclear weapons.
Like Hitler, Iranian President Ahmadeinejad has stood on a podium in front of the world saying that he will wipe Israel off map. Hitler focused on the Jews in Europe, but the message is the same: We will destroy the Jewish people. People did not take Hitler seriously and we all know what happened. Iran has to be stopped or something much worse than the shoa will happen.
Hillary has the guts to say she will protect Israel. I just hope that the United States, Israel, and the rest of the world realize what they are up against before it is too late. Jihadis were bad when they blew up buses and crashed planes into buildings. Imagine if Osama Bin Laden or any other terrorist were able to acquire a nuclear bomb. Tom Clancy’s Sum of All Fears is a just title for the situation.
