Someone Shoots an Egyptian Bedouin Girl

by Eric on February 29, 2008

Near the Kerem Shalom checkpoint, someone shot a 12 year old girl.

The shooting yesterday left the 12 year old Bedouin girl dead at her home, which is 300 yards from the Israeli boarder near Gaza.

Egyptian police say the shot came from Israel. Israelis say no shootings took place in that area the entire day.

This is the second similar death in Egypt near the Israeli boarder. I does not sound like an Israeli thing to do, but who knows?
