Lebanese Rockets Strike Israel Overnight

by Eric on January 8, 2008

Last night, two rockets struck Israel. The Lebanese rockets were fired despite a fragile peace between the two nations. Additionally, the rockets were immediately before the upcoming visit from U.S. President Bush.

The two ketusha rockets landed in the city of Shlomi. No one was injured, though some property damage resulted from the attack.

Lebanon denies that any rockets were fired.
