Israel To Allow Humanitarian Aid

Israel, in attempts to avoid a humanitarian crisis, is allowing shipments through the Israel-Gaza boarder. This will allow for food and needed supplies to enter the hostile Gaza Strip.

The agreement was made between Prime Minister Olmert and Palestinian Authority Chairman Abbas.

Additionally, Abbas’s Fatah party has offered to work to re-seal the Egypt-Gaza boarder. Hamas leadership reject the bid.
